Allowing Crowdicity Emails

If your users aren't getting emails from Crowdicity, it's possible that they are being blocked by your organisation's filters. This could include email notifications, invitation emails or the email sent to validate a user's email address.

If this is happening, we recommend that you ask your organisation to allow emails from the following domains:

crowdicity.com
crowdicity.com.au - (only required for our customers based in Australia)

We would also strongly recommend that you allow the following domains, as the Crowdicity software will not be able to function correctly if they are blocked:

*.crowdicity.com
*.crowdicity.com.au - (only required for our customers based in Australia)
api.cloudinary.com
api-ap.cloudinary.com
*res.cloudinary.com
