In the Analytics area of Crowd Management, you can view up-to-date activity on your Crowdicity platform including the number of votes, comments and ideas, and the number of new users that have joined your community.

The first tab of the statistics section shows specific activity by date, in a graphical format.

To view activity for a different date range:

Click on the arrow in the date box at the top right-hand side. This will reveal a calendar from which you can select the start and end date of your date range.

Click Update to refresh the page, so that it shows the data for the date range that you have selected.

To view specific activity types:

You can change what you can see on the activity graph by checking or unchecking the boxing in the right-hand panel.

For example, if you only un-ticked all boxes except for 'New users' then the graph would only have one line, representing the number of new users who have joined your community within the specified time frame.

Click Update to refresh the page, so that it shows the data for the variables that you have selected.
