In Crowdicity, you can earn points for the things that you do in your community, for example you can earn points for:

  • Posting an idea

  • Commenting on an idea

  • Someone voting for your idea

  • Following another user

These points soon add up and will place you on the community leaderboard the more points your have, the better your rank will be.

In this article:

  • Seeing your own score and rank

  • Viewing other users' scores

Seeing your own score and rank

To find your own score and community rank in your profile:

1. Click on the user icon in the top left hand corner of the page. This will bring up the the navigation menu for the community.

2. Below your your profile image you will see your rank in the community as well as the number of points you've earned and followers you have.

If you would like to see a more in-depth look at your activity within a community, click the arrows to the right of the Activity and Social sections. From here you will see a full list of the ideas, comments and votes you have made, who you are following and who is following you. You can also view this on other users profiles too.

Good to know

If you can't see this area in your profile, or you can't see points for any other users, this means that the community administrator has turned off point scoring for your community.

Viewing other users' scores

If you click on a user's name or profile picture anywhere in the community, you'll be able to see a summary of their profile, including the number of points they have and their community rank.
