The navigation of Ideas looks a little different but still works the same way.
What's the same
The functionality in each area hasn't changed.
You use your same log-in information to sign in securely to the Ideas community as before.

Why the navigation changed
The new navigation has a more consistent look and feel as broader Medallia products, including our flagship product, Medallia Experience Cloud (MEC). The navigation utilizes modern components that offer better accessibility than before.
This new consistent look and feel allows MEC customers to switch between Ideas and MEC seamlessly, via a new App Switcher (enabled upon request)
Where the change happened
For most of the Ideas users, the new navigation bar shows up at following places:
The web pages are left-aligned
The Profile section is now shown on the right
For community administrators, the admin panel is now located on the right side menu:
