Improved Search within Challenges

The Challenge search functionality is now non-case sensitive offering consistent results with each query. The search bar can be found on the left side pane for each challenge.

Upload images functionality can now be hidden from users

Attachment uploads for ideas and comments can now be disabled and not visible for the entire community. Admins can request this functionality via support ticket.
