Introducing Crowdicity’s all new Moderator Dashboard; a simple way to access and action moderator tasks from across your community.
Using the Moderator Dashboard, moderators can now see all ideas that require their attention within challenges they’re assigned to, allowing them to progress ideas, add status labels and respond to users in a seconds.
The Moderator Dashboard’s intuitive filter options allow you to sort ideas by:
Action: such as ideas that need to be approved, advanced or facilitated.
Time frame: discover ideas posted within a specific time period.
Challenges: filter ideas based on the challenges you are a moderator for.
Themes: find ideas that have been posted against a specific challenge theme.
Status labels: display ideas that have had a status label applied.
Using the new customisable search, filter views for different tasks such as advancing ideas in a particular challenge or theme
